The free wifi and access to Netflix on the TV were delightful surprises, making leisurely evenings in just as enjoyable as exploring the nearby attractions. the central heating, ample hot water, and cozy beds with fresh bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the lovely patio provided a tranquil spot to soak in the surroundings. the convenient location near the train station and town made for easy access to local amenities, including the delicious nearby chippy. Although parking was first come, first served, the ease of walking into town more than made up for this minor inconvenience. Overall, the Smoked Kipper Cottage offered superb value for money, with its welcoming atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness leaving a lasting impression.
